These cities are planned to join our regular BLOK collection, but they haven't gone through the full CitySculpt preparation yet.
When such a city is chosen, it moves to the top of our timeline and the CitySculpt preparation begins immediately. Once completed, the model will join the permanent collection. If you'd like to see the exact area the model will cover, just get in touch and we'll share the details.
About local import charges, taxes and duties
Most orders arrive with no extra fees.
In some countries, however, customs authorities may apply local import charges. If this occurs, UPS will notify you. Import charges can be paid online through your UPS tracking link or directly to the driver.

About BLOK
BLOK redefines how a city can be experienced. Not as something on the wall, but as an object integrated into your space.
Built as a table, each BLOK combines a powder coated steel structure with hand crafted oak and a floating glass surface. The materials are selected for their durability, texture, and long term character, creating a piece that feels architectural in both form and presence.
At its core sits your chosen city model. Selected from our global collection, it transforms BLOK into a highly personal object.
The result is more than a table. It is a city, grounded in space.

Materials
Each city model is crafted from a biodegradable, corn based material and defined by its matte, plaster like texture. This carefully considered surface interacts with light to reveal subtle depth and detail, giving the city a calm and sculptural presence.
For BLOK, this material is combined with a selection of solid, long lasting components. A continuous steel structure forms the foundation, powder coated with a matte, slightly textured finish. The surrounding frame is hand crafted from oak wood and treated with natural oil to preserve its character and grain. A free floating glass top completes the piece, adding clarity while protecting the model beneath.
All core materials are sourced from local and regional suppliers, with glass, wood, and steel produced in Germany.
Selected not only for quality, but for their texture, durability, and interaction with light, these materials come together to create a balanced and lasting object.
3D Data
The quality of a city model begins with its data.
At CITYFRAMES, every model is built using our own CitySculpt process, a combination of high-quality source data and extensive manual refinement. Instead of relying on generic map data, we carefully reconstruct each area to achieve a level of clarity, accuracy, and consistency that standard datasets simply can't provide.
Buildings are positioned with high precision, details are selectively enhanced, and each city is optimized to create a clean, readable miniature that still feels true to the real place.
The result is 3D data designed specifically for physical models, not just visualizations.

Shipping
We offer fast & reliable shipping. Products will be sent out based on the estimated dispatch time provided on the product page.
BLOK will be delivered fully assembled on a disposable pallet with a freight forwarding company (EU) or DHL Express (non-EU). The delivery date can be scheduled prior to the delivery.

Packaging
Every BLOK arrives in a custom-built wooden crate, designed for secure, worldwide shipping. Mounted on a disposable pallet, the packaging is robust and thoughtfully engineered, requiring no tools to open.
Once the lid is lifted, BLOK is revealed in full, ready to be taken out and admired from the very first moment.
Care
Caring for your BLOK is simple. The city model can be gently dusted using a stream of cold air, such as a hairdryer, to remove fine particles without touching the surface. Learn more in our Cleaning Guide.
The glass top can be cleaned with a standard glass cleaner and a soft cloth. For the oak frame, we recommend using a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture to preserve the natural oiled finish. The powder coated steel structure can be maintained with a soft cloth as needed.
Designed for everyday use, BLOK combines durable materials with a solid construction. The glass surface protects the model while allowing a clear view, ensuring long lasting clarity and stability over time.
